Requirements

10 or more years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 and Travel & Expense (T&E) module configuration.

Proficiency in PeopleSoft Application Designer, SQR report customization, and the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

Experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable and General Ledger module integrations.

Experience in SQL query development, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects reporting tools.

Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, Fluid User Interface, and Elasticsearch.

Experience in automated batch job monitoring, SOC-1 audit compliance, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Configure enterprise Travel and Expense parameters including business units, travel authorizations, and credit card integrations.

Design and configure complex Approval Workflow Engine routing rules and notification structures.

Develop functional design documents and technical specifications for software enhancements and upgrades.

Coordinate fiscal year-end reconciliations, verify system configurations, and manage automated data synchronization.

Support system upgrades and software updates through structured regression testing and impact analysis.

Monitor scheduled batch jobs, analyze application failures, and optimize system performance.

Provide advanced Level 2 service desk support and troubleshoot complex T&E integration issues.
