Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for senior-level and leadership roles across the organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent at the Director, VP, and C-suite levels, partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in executive search, with the ability to navigate complex searches, engage passive candidates, and influence stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive and leadership-level roles (Director, VP, C-suite)
• Partner with senior leadership to define talent strategy, role requirements, and market positioning
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent
• Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates and industry leaders
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and strategic fit
• Present highly qualified candidate slates with detailed insights and recommendations
• Manage and drive the interview and selection process, ensuring a high-touch candidate and client experience
• Advise hiring leaders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
• Negotiate and close executive-level offers
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion throughout the search process

Required

• 5 years of experience in executive search or leadership recruiting
• Proven track record placing Director, VP, and/or C-level talent
• Experience managing complex, high-stakes searches
• Strong ability to engage and influence passive candidates
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
