What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiter position at AP Executive Staffing?
AP Executive Staffing is recruiting a Corporate Recruiter to work an approximate 6 month contract with our customer, a nationally recognized manufacturing leader in North Tonawanda. Working closely with HR and Senior Leadership, you will develop and execute strategy to hire talent across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Administrative functions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean logic and AI-driven search techniques.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure a seamless candidate & manager experience by efficiently coordinating interviews and onboarding using MS Outlook and HRIS technology
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, including offer discussions and pre-boarding activities.
- Support new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a diverse range of roles
- Proven ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI-powered search strings
- Strong organizational skills with hands-on experience scheduling via MS Outlook.
- Track record of success in offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment with evolving priorities
Project Details
- Contract Length: approximate 6 months
- Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hour ( commensurate with experience)
