Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Service Technician with HVAC or plumbing experience to provide phone-based technical support for water heating products. This fast-paced role handles ~20 calls/day from trade professionals.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose water heater issues via phone
- Provide installation guidance and technical support to contractors and service techs
- Assist with warranty claims and case documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of customer service experience (contact center preferred)
- Field experience with HVAC/R or plumbing systems
- Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
- Certifications such as EPA 608, NATE, or Master Plumber are a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
