Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for our commercial and residential clients. You will work independently and with a team to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification or apprenticeship is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, without supervision and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
