What You’ll Do:
- Accounts Payable processing (high‑volume invoices)
- Real estate and property accounting knowledge
- Vendor management and payment controls
- Invoice coding (GL, property, cost center)
- Month‑end close support
- Lease and CAM expense familiarity
- Reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Strong attention to detail
- ERP systems (Netsuite, Yardi)
