Orlando Food Sales Inc. (OFS) is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounting department by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of accounts payable transactions. This role is responsible for validating financial data, maintaining organized records across systems, and supporting general ledger accuracy, including international transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and support daily accounts payable operations within the accounting department.
• Review, code, and process high-volume accounts payable transactions while ensuring proper entry, mathematical accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records across systems including NetSuite, SharePoint, and DocLink.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, ensuring accurate three-way matching and documentation.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and financial data using Excel and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Process receipts of goods and assist with international transactions, including currency conversions from Euros to U.S. dollars.
• Follow established accounting procedures, internal controls, and deadlines to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and accounting to support accurate financial processes
Qualifications and Skills:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Experience
7 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting roles. Experience in small to mid-sized companies with exposure to broader business operations is preferred.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and general business communication tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred
• Experience using document management systems or virtual filing cabinets such as DocLink preferred

• The salary for this position is $75,000-$80,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
