Accounting Manager(Hybrid – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and brings strong AP/AR expertise.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including receiving and recording payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers)
• Handle daily deposits and ensure accurate recording of transactions
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including receiving, researching, and recording vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and client cost transactions
• Perform client conflict checks related to financial transactions
• Execute weekly check runs and ACH/wire payments
• File, scan, and organize financial documents (both digital and paper)
• Analyze, reconcile, and report discrepancies in financial records and reports

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong experience with accounting software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas; proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Construction industry experience preferred
