We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong Linux administration expertise to support and enhance network infrastructure across manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and corporate environments.

This position is primarily focused on enterprise networking and infrastructure engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting LAN/WAN environments, high-speed switching infrastructure, routing, network security, and highly available network architectures. Experience administering Linux systems in enterprise environments is also required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Implement and maintain enterprise networking environments utilizing Arista, Juniper, Cisco, and related technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, routing protocols, switching, VPNs, and network security controls.
• Design and support highly available and redundant network architectures to ensure maximum uptime and resiliency.
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls, network segmentation, and connectivity between corporate, cloud, and manufacturing environments.
• Support Linux infrastructure, including RHEL/Rocky Linux, DNS, DHCP, and NFS services.
• Utilize automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and scripting technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and security across multiple locations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for critical network and infrastructure incidents.

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure support.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Strong experience with routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Arista, Juniper, Cisco, or similar enterprise networking platforms.
• Experience implementing and supporting highly available and redundant network infrastructures.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall administration.
• Strong Linux administration experience, including RHEL or Rocky Linux.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, NFS, and core infrastructure services.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor networking experience.
• Experience with Wi-Fi 6/6E, cellular networking, or private LTE environments.
• Python scripting and network automation experience.
• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Zabbix, PagerDuty, or similar monitoring platforms.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss their hands-on experience with LAN/WAN network design and deployment, enterprise switching technologies (including Arista and Juniper), highly available network architectures, and wireless networking technologies within enterprise or industrial environments.
