Employee Relations Partner (Global / Spanish Required)

Fluent Spanish global (multi-country) HR experience are required.
Weβre seeking an Employee Relations Partner to support a workforce across the Americas. This role focuses on managing complex ER cases, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico while aligning global standards with local requirements.
What youβll do:
- Handle investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions across multiple countries
- Act as escalation point for sensitive/high-risk employee relations matters
- Partner with Legal, HR, and business leaders on complex issues
- Analyze trends and drive proactive ER solutions
Must-have:
- Spanish fluency (C2/native)
- Global or multi-country HR/ER experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S., Canada, and Mexico employment laws
- Experience managing high-risk ER cases
Nice to have: Portuguese
