Enterprise Support Engineer

$45β55/hr | Contract-to-Hire
Our fast-growing client is an AI infrastructure and semiconductor technology company in Sunnyvale. This is a hands-on onsite IT support role supporting employees, executives, and workplace technology operations in a high-performance engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove IT support for employees and executives
- Support onboarding/offboarding, laptop provisioning, and account setup
- Troubleshoot Mac, Windows, networking, peripherals, and AV/conference room issues
- Manage devices using JAMF and Intune
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
- Maintain ticketing, documentation, and asset tracking
- Improve IT operations and end-user experience in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- Experience in Enterprise Support, Desktop Support, or Corporate IT
- Strong macOS support experience
- Hands-on experience with JAMF and/or Intune
- Windows troubleshooting experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have
- Executive/VIP support experience
- AV or conference room support (Zoom/Teams Rooms)
- Experience with Slack, JIRA, or SharePoint
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- PowerShell or automation experience
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP/VPN)
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding at scale
Salary : $45 - $55
