Our client, a growing public accounting and tax advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee tax preparation, client advisory, and tax planning initiatives for small businesses and individual clients.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
- Manage tax engagements from start to finish
- Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters and planning strategies
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Implement tax reduction and planning strategies for clients
- Maintain accurate tax and accounting records
Qualifications
- 6 years of public accounting and tax preparation experience
- CPA, EA, or equivalent tax credential strongly preferred
- Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
