  • Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and special finance projects
  • Help prepare the company for a public securitization of its debt

What We're Looking For:

You should be:

  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Strong in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Comfortable reviewing reconciliations, invoices, reports, and supporting documentation

  • Skilled at identifying bottlenecks, reducing manual work, and improving business processes
  • Proactive and willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Comfortable working directly with ownership and senior leadership
  • Interested in lending, banking, specialty finance, loan servicing, or structured finance
  • Able to manage tactical responsibilities today while growing into a more strategic role

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5 years of relevant accounting, finance, controllership, banking, lending, or servicing experience
  • QuickBooks and strong Excel experience required
  • Experience with process improvement, SOP development, internal controls, or operational optimization strongly preferred
  • Experience in specialty finance, lending, banking, private credit, or loan servicing strongly preferred
  • Experience with lender reporting, borrowing base certificates, audits, portfolio reporting, or securitization is a plus

Why Join Property Tax Funding:

  • Stable company with 18 years in business
  • Growing loan portfolio and meaningful long-term opportunity
  • Direct access to ownership and senior leadership
  • Opportunity to improve and standardize core business operations
  • Ability to help build the company’s financial and operational infrastructure
