What You'll Do
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstration
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation to close
- Build relationships with brokers, agents, and real estate organizations
- Demonstrate how AI-powered automation reduces administrative work and improves transaction efficiency
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and customer feedback
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of SaaS, technology, or software sales experience
- Experience conducting product demos
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Real estate technology experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
- $75,000 Base Salary
- $100,000 OTE
