Channel Partner Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing financial services and advisory organization, is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to build and scale a referral and partnership network targeting small business owners.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who has successfully built partnerships from the ground up and enjoys creating opportunities through strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and activate channel partners, including banks, payroll providers, insurance brokers, HR consultants, business advisors, and industry associations
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
- Negotiate referral and partnership agreements
- Develop partner onboarding and enablement materials
- Track referral activity and partnership performance through CRM systems
- Represent the organization at networking events, trade associations, and business functions
Qualifications
- 4 years of channel sales, business development, or partnership management experience
- Demonstrated success building partner programs or referral networks
- Experience within financial services, accounting, banking, payroll, insurance, HR technology, or professional services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to exceed goals and develop new business relationships
- CRM experience required
Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000 β $85,000
- Commission and performance incentives
- OTE: $100,000 β $120,000
