Hours:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Some flexibility for OT and weekends is desirable.

Requirements:

·  Proven experience in HVAC service and installation (minimum of 3-5 years required).

·  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics.

·  Ability to perform high-quality service and installations.

·  Sales skills with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to present products/services clearly.

·  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

·  EPA Certification preferred.

·  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·  Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive work ethic.

·  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

• Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, air quality systems) efficiently and professionally. Oil Heating Equipment is a plus.
• Installation: Install new HVAC systems and components in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Customer Sales & Education: Educate customers on available services, products, and solutions. Use your sales expertise to offer additional services and products that meet customer needs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex system issues to ensure long-term functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work with our growing team to meet deadlines, provide excellent service, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure systems are functioning efficiently and avoid costly repairs.
