Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Service Technician in the air conditioning and heating field. Our ideal candidate will uphold our high-quality work standards and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience service in HVAC
Specific Skills Needed:
- Troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC
- Onsite Estimation and Sales
- Ductless Sales and Installs
- Residential Central AC Swap Outs
- Previous experience with plumbing a Plus
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Ability to work independently including pricing service work and collecting payments
- Strong communication skills with customers.
- Professional, punctual, and organized.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean working environment.
- Availability for overtime is a plus.
