What YOU get to DO in this exciting role:
- Oversee all operational aspects of high-risk or complex programs with no supervision, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, leadership, and key customer stakeholders.
- Establish and manage comprehensive program plans and schedules for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and program changes.
- Coordinate workflows across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program schedules, deliverables, and customer expectations.
- Track and report on program status, budgets, schedule progress, risks, quality, and mitigation actions.
- Maintain program profitability through active cost management, monitoring cost-reduction opportunities, and supporting financial processes including A/R, PPV, and E&O assessments.
- Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate status updates, highlight risks, and ensure ongoing alignment.
- Support materials, planning, production, and quality teams to ensure readiness and timely responsiveness to customer requirements, including RMAs.
- Contribute to strategic planning and make key decisions regarding program direction, resourcing, and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and support revenue-growth opportunities such as NRE, next-generation products, and new design initiatives.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and identify systemic issues impacting quality, cost, or delivery.
- Review and support contractual commitments, identify necessary SOW adjustments, and participate in contract discussions when required.
- Mentor and support Program Managers, assist with onboarding, and provide performance insights to leadership.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this high-impact role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or 10 years of relevant experience in contract manufacturing within program management, engineering, or sales.
- Advanced technical understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering concepts, design processes, and quality documentation systems.
- Solid knowledge of PCBs, electrical cables, components, drawings, specifications, testing procedures, and qualification requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
