Bilingual Payroll Administrator (Onsite – South Austin, TX)
Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
A long-standing, privately held professional services organization headquartered in Austin is expanding its payroll team and looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Administrator to support a growing, multi-location workforce.
This role sits within a stable, high-performing accounting environment and plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance, supporting internal teams, and improving payroll operations. What You’ll Do
- Process payroll end-to-end, including reviewing timecards, calculating earnings and deductions, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and perform audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Prepare payroll-related tax filings and reporting.
- Support employees with payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings.
- Provide general support to the Payroll Manager as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with BI or database tools (Oracle BI, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau) is a plus, not a requirement.
Work Environment
- Onsite role, Monday through Friday
- Located in South East Austin, TX
