The Job:
The House of Shine is looking for a Program Administrator to work with our Programming Team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This position, located in Grapevine, Texas, is responsible for coordinating the details and logistics for youth, community and education and programs at the House of Shine. The ideal team member enjoys interacting with people, managing a variety of tasks, and moving at a fast pace.
- Works directly with the Programming Team to provide administrative support in the development and implementation of House of Shine programs.
- Support House of Shine facilitators as well as facilitate workshops and events.
- Serves as a central point of contact between staff, client and volunteers on day-to-day programmatic matters; assists with conferences, meetings, and special projects that fall within House of Shine programming.
- Manages program data. maintains records, researches information and gathers and computes various data; prepares monthly, special and/or one-time reports, summaries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.
- Manage on-hand program collateral and marketing, ensuring that materials are available for upcoming programs for delivery and marketing.
- Serve as the point person for email box programming inquiries, log and update project management system and schedule intake calls.
- Work with HOS staff and volunteers on all other programs and events as needed.
- Be available for evening and weekend program coverage on a rotational basis.

- Records and data maintenance skills.
- Ability and willingness to talk on the phone with clients, volunteers and team members.
- Ability to interact with students, volunteers and/or staff in a team environment.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and generate reports.
- Experience with Eventbrite, Asna, Canva or DonorPerfect is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
