RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, stable and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring an Administrative Assistant in undefined, undefined. This is a NEW role due to growth within this strong 75 year old company!
The Administrative Assistant shall perform a variety of administrative duties that support employees, operations, and the overall administration of a professional office.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to regional leadership and the executive team, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and staff activities, including catering, room setup, and materials preparation.
- Serve as a point of contact for office needs—managing supplies, vendor services, maintenance requests, and facility coordination.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and budget monitoring for office and team activities.
- Support onboarding of new hires, including workspace setup, access coordination, and IT equipment requests.
- Maintain confidential files and ensure timely communication and organization of executive information.
- Provide backup support for reception and general office operations as needed.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
