- Provide positive and effective oversight of junior proposal team members assigned to projects to ensure proper support in active pursuits.
- Perform internal/external audits to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Effective networking to proactively identify upcoming RFP and pursuit opportunities.
- Make recommendations to improve efficiency, and champion software and technology solutions.
- Monitor the Division’s backlog of pursuits to ensure capture team alignment with company growth projections and targets.
- Maintain and update database of relevant proposal resources and historical data.
- Proactively identify training gaps with personnel, ensuring that they gain access to proper resources and supplemental training to maximize career growth potential.
- Assist in the development of a strategic growth plan for the division.
- 7 years of experience with federal construction proposals demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibilities
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Familiarity with InDesign and similar software
- Experience in a proposal writing capacity on design-build federal construction projects exceeding $50M
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective people management skills including the ability to delegate
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure that project milestones are achieved
- Prior experience with pursuits both CONUS and OCONUS is preferred
- Salary 100-175k (based on experience and certifications)
