Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
- Be primary on telephones
- Sign and accept incoming packages and deliver them to shop manager
- Maintains calendar for customer appointments
- Data entry into shop management software and prepared forms
- Copying, scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents
- Maintain client records within database
- Interface with clients, team members, business partners and vendors
- Be primary backup to the office manager
- Complete other requests and projects as needed
- Light cleaning
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in as an administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using the internet and cloud based computer programs
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Three (3) professional references
