Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
  • Be primary on telephones
  • Sign and accept incoming packages and deliver them to shop manager
  • Maintains calendar for customer appointments
  • Data entry into shop management software and prepared forms
  • Copying, scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents
  • Maintain client records within database
  • Interface with clients, team members, business partners and vendors
  • Be primary backup to the office manager
  • Complete other requests and projects as needed
  • Light cleaning

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in as an administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience using the internet and cloud based computer programs
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Three (3) professional references
