- Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-up abilities, committed to exceptional customer service.
- Track record of effectively collaborating with key stakeholders to expand service offerings and profitability.
- Proficiency in capturing and analyzing data in a CRM system to report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry with a third-party administrator (TPA) or similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
