RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a growing, stable and nationally recognized building systems expert to assist them in hiring a Facilities Operator in undefined, undefined.

- Performs daily inspections of chiller plant systems and effectively documents all discrepancies.
- Plan, schedule and implement daily activities and identify and set priorities.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the plant and equipment.
- Oversees work completed by sub-contractors on the HVAC equipment in the chiller plant and informs management of problems as they are anticipated or develop.
- Uses a variety of diagnostic and compute devices for performing and documenting work.
- Completes running logs three times a day of all chillers that are operating.
- Perform chemical analysis on chilled water and condenser water samples as required.
- Orders preventative maintenance and repair parts, as needed
- EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration Certification required
- 5 years mechanical systems operations experience
- Experience with EMCS (e.g., Metasys building automation system or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership/supervisory ability
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or obtained after hire)
