Inventory / Warehouse Specialist
Location: Onsite - Twin Cities
Join a commercial-stage medical device startup with a next‑generation treatment for tumor ablation in need of a dedicated Inventory / Warehouse Specialist to support growing operations and production needs.
Position Overview
The Inventory / Warehouse Specialist will manage incoming components, organize warehouse materials, kit assemblies for internal builds, and ensure accurate and timely shipment of finished goods. This role is critical to supporting production readiness and high‑quality product delivery within an FDA‑regulated environment.
You will work hands-on in a dynamic environment, partnering closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to maintain world‑class inventory accuracy and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Shipping
Receive incoming components, verify accuracy against packing lists, and inspect for damage.
Ensure all received materials are properly labeled, documented, and stored in the correct designated locations.
Prepare, package, and ship finished goods daily.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic tracking, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels to support production and notify team of shortages or discrepancies.
Maintain warehouse organization and promote best practices for material flow.
Kitting & Production Support
Prepare component kits for internal builds, ensuring materials are staged correctly and available ahead of production needs.
Sort, organize, and track components.
Collaborate with the production team to support efficient assembly line execution.
Compliance & Quality
Handle components and finished goods in accordance with FDA, ISO, and internal quality system requirements.
Follow all documentation, labeling, and traceability procedures.
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical warehouse, inventory, or materials management role.
Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in sorting, labeling, and inventory transactions.
Ability to work onsite until 5:00 PM daily to support end‑of‑day shipments.
Experience with shipping/receiving workflows and inventory control software.
Comfortable working in a commercial-stage, fast‑moving startup environment.
Compensation
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Bonus
Compensation is flexible based on experience
