This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient data entry, and consistent follow-through to resolve customer inquiries related to frame ordering and job status. The position supports two companies operating from the same location and involves handling a high volume of customer interactions daily.Work EnvironmentHigh call volume environment with frequent multitaskingAverage phone answer speed: ~80 secondsCSRs may place 3–5 callers on hold simultaneouslyCall & Work Volume ExpectationsIncoming Calls: 40–60 per CSR per dayOutgoing Calls: 10–20 per CSR per dayAverage Call Time: ~2 minutes 15 secondsFollow-up/Research Time: 5–15 minutes per interactionEmails: 1–5 per CSR per dayText Messages: 20–30 per CSR per dayEach CSR is responsible for full ownership of their interactions, including research, legwork, and resolution.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide professional customer service via phone, email, and textHandle incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPerform accurate data entry and frame orderingRequired Qualifications (Top Mandatory Skills)High School Diploma or G.E.D.
