Note - Training will be provided for performing these duties.Job Description:Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a Chemistry related or Material Science field from a four-year college or university with 3 years or more related experience in the Rubber, Plastics Compounding or Coatings Industry; or Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in Chemistry related or Material Science field with five or more years related experience and / or extensive training in the Rubber, Plastics Compounding or Coatings Industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Responsibilities:Under the guidance of scientists, prepare batches of polyamide hot melt adhesives or polyurethane adhesives; performing tests of adhesives; collecting data, analyzing and presenting to scientists.
