Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Job Description: Collections AnalystContract: 6 MonthsLocation: Woburn, MAWork Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per weekPay Rate: $26.64/hr on W2Position OverviewThe Collections Analyst supports Client's Accounts Receivable team by collecting and reconciling past-due receivable balances related to rent and purchase order–based invoices. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve customer disputes, ensure billing accuracy, and drive timely resolution of outstanding balances while delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and reconcile receivable balances for existing customers and drive accounts through to resolution.Ensure billing accuracy and proper cash application across customer accounts.Audit lease agreements and purchase orders to validate billing and identify necessary adjustments.Complete required documentation to support billing corrections and account resolutions.Initiate outbound customer contact via telephone and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.Manage a high volume of customer accounts and leases by following established collection strategies.Maintain consistent follow-up on payment arrangements and outstanding balances.Provide accurate and timely reporting on contract balances and invoice aging.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.1–3 years of collections experience within an Accounts Receivable environment.Oracle ERP experience preferred.Strong follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced work environment.Additional DetailsIn-office requirement: HybridRole emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.Company DescriptionIncorporated in 1991, Real Soft Inc.
