Provide exceptional customer service to customers
Serve as primary liaison with customers
Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car
Process customer phone and personal relations
Consultatively assist customers with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and/or concerns
Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment
Mark-In incoming customer orders; indentify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register
Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
Follow Company’s new customer protocol
Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
