Assistant Property Manager – Affordable / Tax Credit Housing

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and working closely with residents, onsite staff, and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing as the Assistant Property Manager:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a tax credit community
- Support and help guide onsite staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with resident relations and conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Work closely with upper management on property operations and special projects
- Help ensure compliance and overall community success
What We’re Looking For in a Assistant Property Manager:
- Previous LIHTC property management experience is required
- AppFolio experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach
