What You’ll Do as the Administrative Assistant:
- Support day-to-day office and property operations
- Assist with vendor, tenant, and property-related documentation
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide professional front-office support
- Assist the property management team with day-to-day operations of commercial properties
- Help respond to tenant requests and coordinate vendor service calls
- Maintain tenant and vendor records, insurance documentation, and contact information
- Support budgets, CAM reconciliations, and property-related reporting
- Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs and general property communications
- Participate in property walks and follow-up on action items
- Provide support on tenant improvement and capital projects
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Real estate or property management experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Yardi experience preferred)
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
