Licensed Property Manager – Single Family Portfolio
Colorado Real Estate License Required

Licensed Property Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of single-family rental homes
- Coordinate tenant communication, lease renewals, and resident support
- Oversee maintenance requests, make-readies, and property inspections
- Support leasing efforts, property showings, and vacancy readiness
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and housing regulations
- Collaborate with owners, vendors, HOAs, and internal teams
Licensed Property Manager Qualifications
Active Colorado Real Estate License REQUIRED
- Direct single-family property management experience required
- Strong knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, and compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- AppFolio experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly between properties
