Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical conditions. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase overall physical strength and function.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans and set measurable goals for each patient
- Execute treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
