Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans to help them improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain strength. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and education to help them achieve their therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate each patient's physical condition and medical history to develop a personalized treatment plan
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to help patients improve their mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
- CPR certification
