Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical injuries or illnesses to improve their mobility and overall well-being. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help them reach their physical therapy goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on how to prevent injuries and maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Communicate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
