Senior Litigation Paralegal - FULLY REMOTE
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Option to be fully remote but must live in California
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary (35 hour work week)

This team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and is looking for a seasoned professional who can take ownership of case management, support multiple attorneys, and help maintain smooth operations across a high-volume docket.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, format, and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses in state and federal courts
- Assist with depositions, including exhibit organization, transcript digesting, and witness preparation coordination
- Support trial preparation, including managing trial binders, witness lists, and document logistics
- Oversee document review and production, ensuring accurate organization and coding of litigation documents
- Maintain case files, litigation calendars, deadlines, and docket schedules across multiple jurisdictions
- Monitor case progress, track status updates, and proactively support attorneys to keep matters moving efficiently
Qualifications
- 5 years of litigation experience within a law firm environment
- Paralegal certificate strongly preferred
- Advanced familiarity with e-filing procedures (federal and/or state)
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Remote flexibility available for candidates based on the West Coast
