Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted hiring partner.
• Conduct targeted outreach campaigns and develop lasting candidate relationships.
• Collaborate directly with senior recruiters and firm leadership on active searches.
• Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all client and candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a client-facing role.
