Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 plus benefits

Key Qualifications
• California Paralegal Certification required under state law
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Defense litigation background preferred, particularly Labor and Employment or General
Litigation
• Hands on experience supporting pre litigation and trial preparation
• E filing experience in both state and federal courts
• Labor and Employment experience is a plus
Responsibilities
• Prepare subpoenas and discovery materials
• Coordinate document production
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and third parties
• Assist with legal research and pre claim investigation
• Prepare privilege logs and deposition exhibits
• Support trial preparation and maintain case files
• Organize evidence, documents, briefs, and related materials
• Assist with calendaring deadlines and managing litigation schedules
Skills and Technical Requirements
• California Paralegal certificate required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with court e filing platforms and PACER
• Familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information
