Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

This role works closely with partners and firm leadership to help drive client development efforts, execute targeted initiatives, and coordinate high-impact client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support partners and practice groups in executing business development and client development initiatives
• Assist with identifying client targets and strategic growth opportunities
• Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including client events, programs, and meetings
• Develop invitation lists and support client outreach efforts
• Track business development activities and client interactions through the firm’s CRM system
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal business development materials
• Help manage timelines and ensure business development initiatives move forward efficiently
• Collaborate with internal marketing and business development teams on firmwide initiatives
• Support budgeting and tracking of business development programs and events
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client development within a law firm or professional services environment
• Experience supporting partner-driven business development initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive projects forward independently
• Experience interacting with senior professionals, partners, or executives
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or InterAction is a plus
