Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

What you’ll be doing:
• Process high-volume billing and invoicing
• Review and edit prebills in accordance with client guidelines
• Submit invoices through billing and e-billing platforms and resolve rejections/reductions
• Partner with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Assist with reporting, billing schedules, and special projects
What we are looking for:
• 2 years of professional billing or related experience
• Legal billing experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with e-billing platforms or high-volume invoicing environments preferred
• Experience with Aderant, Elite, 3E, or similar billing/accounting software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
