Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships through networking within the industry and local community
- Identify and pursue potential business development opportunities through industry relationships and market awareness
- Develop and publish engaging content across company social media platforms on a weekly basis
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Support company marketing initiatives and promotional efforts
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and coordinate team-building activities
- Proven experience driving sales growth through business development, marketing, communications, and client relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing and maintaining multiple social media platforms
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with a creative and strategic mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in heavy highway, civil construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred
