$75,000 – $90,000 base salary

What You’ll Do
- Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Track and document all collection activity and client communications
- Apply and reconcile incoming payments (checks, wires, ACH, credit cards)
- Partner with Billing team to understand client requirements and resolve non-payment issues
- Identify and escalate billing disputes or changes in payment patterns
- Prepare client account status reports
- Assist with cash posting, deposits, and related administrative tasks
- Respond to inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account status
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Associates Degree Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
