Ravenwood Health is hiring for a full time Adult Residential Clinical Supervisor due to exciting program expansion!
Our Adult residential treatment center seeks a licensed therapist to provide clinical and administrative oversight at the Transitional Living Center. This position is responsible for supervising all aspects of the residential program which includes service coordination, therapeutic services, independent living programming, and oversite and management of the Copeline/988. The coordinator supervises a team of residential workers and is responsible for the oversight of scheduling, hiring, orientation and maintaining ongoing training for all staff. This candidate also ensures that the program complies with local and national accrediting bodies.

Clinical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the admission, stay, and discharge of residents along with the Program Manager, treatment team, other agency staff, and support group (family, guardian, friends, etc.)
- Coordinates effective interventions that promote independence and stability on the resident’s behalf
- Supervises staff who provide supervision and support to TLC residents with daily living skills such as personal grooming, laundry, housekeeping duties, budgeting, and cooking, in a professional and compassionate manner
- Utilizes verbal de-escalation skills with TLC residents and Copeline callers and demonstrates excellence in crisis recognition, management, and de-escalation
- Knowledgeable about residents’ strengths, goals, discharge plans, and clinical history and treatment
- Assess and manage safety, risk on an ongoing basis, and adjust level of care and recommendations as needed
- Ensures all staff are given the necessary training to support their career growth while ensuring compliance with local and national accrediting bodies.
- Documents these activities on shift summary notes of residents. Reports mood or behavior changes, sign of crises, or unusual incidents to the appropriate personnel
- Respond to all Copeline calls quickly, in a professional and compassionate manner, and make accurate assessments of needs to refer to the correct emergency on-call person Effectively and professionally interact with outside agencies in providing information regarding callers to the Copeline
- Promotes a trauma informed environment that encourages a supportive and positive work environment for clients and co-workers. This includes maintaining an effective and appropriate working relationship with your team, co-workers, and supervisors
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and be highly organized
- Ability to navigate computer software include Microsoft Office and the agency’s ECR, CareLogic
- Skills associated with coordinating a residential care facility
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or related field (required)
- Current licensure (LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, or LISW-S) by the appropriate body in the state of Ohio and shall practice only within the scope of their licensure (required)
- Experience working in a residential care facility is (preferred)
- Experience supervising both nonclinical and clinical staff is (preferred)
- Must be able to pass an FBI/BCI background check
