Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our rapidly growing Building Automation, Energy Optimization, and Security businesses. In this role, you will evaluate, organize and oversee all sales leads and opportunities to maximize the effectiveness of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a passion for customer interaction, and a desire to play an integral role of an industry that is growing exponentially worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate, manage, and distribute sales leads for the sales team
- Organize, plan, schedule, and support customer training classes.
- Manage all bidding activity, including bid mining, bid organization, managing incoming bid requests, RFI submissions, as well as log and track bidders on all work bid.
- Maintain all customer, bid, and opportunity data in our CRM β proposals, sales forecasts, prospecting activities, client data, sales performance reports, account management, etc.
- Assist in bid day proposal distribution, bid documents/form submissions, post-bid follow-up.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associates Degree in Marketing or related field; OR 2 years experience in a sales/marketing administrative role
- Familiarity and solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail, Power Point
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
- Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, smartphones
- Desire to work in a team environment
