Building Automation Systems Account Manager – Chadds Ford, PA

- Estimate projects, including material take-offs, subcontractor pricing, all engineering and labor estimates, and work with Sales Engineering Manager to develop pricing
- Perform sales functions – develop scope of work and proposals, develop and assemble sales presentation documents, develop sales/marketing materials, arrange client meetings, arrange and perform lunch and learns or other presentations, present proposals
- Attend on-site project meetings as required by the GC, CM, owner, and contract holder
- Develop or assist in developing engineering documents as required to sell projects or develop technical proposals
- Perform project management duties and/or project follow-up on projects as assigned
- Review project plans and specifications, including plans and specifications to understand the scopes and requirements of projects
- Perform periodic site visits to review progress of a project to ensure that all schedules and deadlines can be maintained
- Meet with owner / end user of the installed systems to ensure satisfaction and compliance with the project specifications/scope
- Develop as directed new customer prospects in the market segments designated by Sales Engineering Manager
- Perform marketing and business development functions – client presentations, lunch and learn presentations, assist in developing marketing materials and web site content, attend trade group meetings and trade shows
