As a Peer Support Skills Trainer, you will provide hope, encouragement, and practical support to individuals in crisis. You will deliver immediate, on-site assistance in a community based setting. You will teach and reinforce coping skills, recovery strategies, and wellness tools, while collaborating with collaborating with therapists and others on the crisis team.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) certification
- Must have personal, lived experience in their own recovery from addiction, mental illness, or co-occurring substance and mental disorders.
- Minimum recovery time of 1-2 years
- Experience working in behavioral health, social work, case management, or related field preferred
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Training in crisis intervention preferred.
