Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health case management or a related field. Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- CPR and CPI certification preferred.
