In this role, you will use the evidence-based Supported Employment model to help clients identify their career interests and goals, assist with resumes, and provide job coaching and support. You will develop relationships with employers, attend networking events, and educate employers on mental health and hiring benefits. You will provide skills training, case management and coordinate with clients therapist and treatment team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment support services, vocational rehabilitation, or related fields. Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is highly desirable.
