Qualifications:- Completion of a Master’s degree program in Nursing from an accredited institution, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.
- A current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Indiana, meeting all state-specific requirements.
- Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by a nationally recognized certifying body.
- Typically, a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, with specific experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development to maintain certification and stay current with advancements in psychiatric-mental health nursing and healthcare.
- Possess all applicable licenses for prescribing medications and controlled substances, (DEA, CSR).
- Has or is willing to obtain Medication Assisted Treatment training/certification.
